After spending 18 years as a professional ballet dancer and 9 years as a personal trainer in New York City, I turned to fitness to keep my body strong and my spirit alive. After the birth of my son in 2018, I struggled with balancing the demands of motherhood while trying to get my body back. As a result, I changed my approach to exercise and developed an integrative prenatal and postnatal workout… and MOMBAUD was born!
MOMBAUD's workouts directly consider a mother's changing body throughout pregnancy, as well as supports any corrective issues during this time. As a certified prenatal and postnatal trainer and fitness specialist, I have curated an effective low impact workout class for mothers that honors you and your body. My training sessions will make you feel stronger, happier, and leave you standing up just a bit taller.
It's no secret - motherhood is hard! That is why fitness has become a non-negotiable in my daily routine. Taking a moment to focus on myself gives me more patience, more energy, and more positivity throughout my day. My functional workout class for mothers, which focuses on your needs, will help you uncover the best version of yourself. Ranging in levels from beginner to advanced, my integrative approach incorporates the stresses that a mother's body faces, as well as sculpts long lean lines.
